The Weekly Space

"Awareness shows you what’s there.

This space helps you work through it"

Welcome to the space

A SHARED SPACE TO BE SEEN, HEARD, AND HELD IN WHAT'S REAL

When people first come into this space, there’s often a sense that something needs to be worked through, but not always a clear way of how to do that.

There can be a lot of understanding, a lot already seen, but when it comes to actually sitting with what’s there, it’s not always easy to know where to begin.

This space isn’t about bringing something polished or trying to explain yourself in the right way. It’s a place where you can arrive as you are, even if things feel unclear, messy, or hard to put into words.

From my experience, both in my own journey and in working with others over the years, what tends to matter isn’t having the right answers, but having a space where you can slow things down enough to really be with what’s there.

That’s what this becomes.

There’s no set direction you need to follow, and no expectation to force anything forward.

We work with what’s present, at the pace it naturally unfolds, allowing things to be seen, felt, and understood without rushing past them.

Sometimes something will come into focus quite quickly, Other times it takes a bit longer to settle into.

Either way, we stay with it.

And it’s often in that staying, without trying to fix or move away from what’s there, that something begins to shift in a way that actually lasts.

"The shift isn’t in the moment you understand it

It’s in the moment you stop acting from it"

Being in the space

When you step in, you're not arriving into something you need to perform in or get right.

You're simply coming in as you are - whether things feel clear or not, whether you feel ready to speak or just want to sit and take it in.

Each session unfolds from what's actually present in the room. At times you may be the one being worked with directly. At other times you'll find yourself recognising your own experience in what someone else is moving through. Most people realise very quickly they're not the only one feeling what they're feeling. And when something shifts for one person, it tends to move something in everyone.

There's no pressure to contribute before you're ready. You're free to take your time, to listen, and to let the space meet you where you are.

We meet 1–2 times each week on Zoom, and each session runs for around 90 minutes. There's no set agenda - the space moves with what's actually present that day, so each session unfolds differently depending on what people bring.

Nothing is forced, nothing is rushed - but there is direction. I'm there throughout, holding the space, tracking what's happening, and guiding where it's needed so that things don't stay on the surface.

Over time it becomes something familiar. A place you can return to each week, knowing you don't have to carry everything on your own, and that whatever is there can be met properly, at a pace that feels right for you.

What makes this different

"You don’t have to have it all figured out

You just need a space where you can be met in what’s real"

You don't have to have it all figured out. You just need a space where you can be met in what's real.

This isn't something I've learned from the outside and then applied. It comes from living it - from being in the same place of trying to fix myself, getting lost in patterns I couldn't see, searching for something that would finally change how I felt.

And from sitting with people, over and over again, in those same places.

So when you come into this space, you're not being met by someone trying to work you out from a distance. You're being met by someone who understands what it's like to be in it.

What happens here isn't surface level. We're not just talking things through or circling around what's going on. What's underneath gets noticed - and we go into it, carefully, at a pace that feels right, but without avoiding it.

This isn't about pushing you or trying to get you somewhere. It's not about having a breakthrough or getting it right. It's about being met properly in what's already there, and allowing that to unfold in a way that's honest and real.

I'm human. I still move through my own patterns at times. I still meet things in myself that need attention. And that's part of what allows me to sit in this space in the way that I do.

There's no distance, no pedestal, no role to perform.

What you get here is something real - a space where you're seen, where you're met, and where the work doesn't stay in theory. It becomes something you can actually live.

The Approach Behind The Work

This work comes from years of being in the room with people - not just hearing their stories, but sitting with them as things actually unfold.

Over time I saw the same thing again and again. People had insight, awareness, even powerful experiences - but when something real showed up in their life, their reactions and patterns hadn't really changed.

That's where this approach comes from.

My work draws from psychotherapeutic approaches, parts work, somatic awareness, and relational work - but it isn't about applying a model. It's about what's happening, right here, in front of us.

When someone is speaking, I'm not just listening to the words. I'm noticing what's underneath - the hesitation, the shifts, the places something gets brushed past. Instead of moving on, we stay there. We slow it down enough to see what's actually happening - not the story, but the experience itself.

There's space for understanding, but we don't stop there. The shift happens when someone can stay with what's there without moving away from it or trying to fix it.

I sometimes refer to this as ERPT - but the name isn't important. What matters is that the work is real, grounded, and meets people where they actually are.

You're not doing this alone

The Community

This becomes a place people return to - not because they have to, but because something here feels different. Something that actually lands and stays with them.

A space where you can arrive as you are, without needing to hold it all together, explain yourself, or try to get it right.

From what I've seen over the years, it's often the first time people realise they don't have to carry everything on their own.

And over time, something begins to soften. Not forced, not rushed — just a quiet sense of trust building, a deeper honesty, and the feeling that you can meet life as it is, without having to do it all by yourself.

If Something Resonates

If you’ve read this and something has quietly landed, you don’t need to rush into anything or have it all figured out.

Sometimes it’s just a feeling that something here makes sense, or that you’re ready to look at things a little more honestly, at your own pace.

That’s enough.
