1 - 1 Work

1-1 Work

"Some things need space that's entirely yours

~

A place where you can arrive fully, and be met exactly where you are."

A space just for you

There are moments in life when something becomes undeniable. When you can feel that something underneath needs real attention - not more information, not another experience, but somewhere to actually be with it properly.

This is that space.

1-1 work is for anyone who feels ready to look within. You don't need a background in therapy or healing work. You don't need to have sat in ceremony or done years of personal development. You just need a willingness to be honest with yourself, and an openness to being gently challenged in the places that matter.

Whatever has brought you here - whether that's a specific experience, a long-standing pattern, a sense that something isn't right, or simply a quiet feeling that it's time - you're welcome exactly as you are.

"You don't need to arrive with clarity. You just need to be willing to be honest."

What you'll find here

When you step into this space, you won't be observed from a distance or guided through a script.

You'll be met by someone who genuinely understands what it means to carry difficult things. Someone who has walked through their own pain, their own confusion, their own patterns, and who knows how to sit in those places with you without pulling back or rushing past what matters.

I care deeply about the people I work with. I'm warm, open, and present and I take what you bring seriously, however it arrives and whatever shape it's in.

This isn't about fixing you or pushing you somewhere before you're ready. It's about creating a space where what's real can surface naturally, and where we can work with it together at a pace that feels right for you.

You don't have to hold it all together here. You don't have to explain yourself perfectly or arrive with clarity. Just come as you are - that's always enough to begin.

Who I am and what I bring

I've spent over a decade working with people in some of the most challenging and vulnerable moments of their lives.

As a trained life coach and experienced facilitator, I've held space for over a thousand people - through plant medicine ceremonies, deep trauma work, addiction, emotional crisis, and the kind of pain that most approaches don't know how to sit with.

I've worked with people navigating severe addiction, complex trauma, profound grief, disconnection, and the difficult aftermath of powerful experiences that opened things up without providing a way through.

Over the years I've drawn from psychotherapeutic approaches, Internal Family Systems, and somatic work - and combined everything I've learned, alongside my own lived experience, into ERPT: Embodied Relational Parts Therapy™, my own integrative model developed specifically to address the gap between insight and real, lasting change. This isn't a background built in a classroom. It's been built in the room, with real people, over ten years, and it continues to be shaped by every person I work with.

What I've seen again and again, across all of that work, is this: when someone is genuinely met - seen, heard, and held in what's real - something begins to shift that nothing else could reach. That's what I'm here to offer.

My work has helped people come back to the essence of who they are. Not a better version of themselves. Not a fixed version. But a truer one - living from something more honest, more grounded, and more free.

"The structure is simple. The work isn't always easy. But it's real."

The approach -ERPT

This work is rooted in Embodied Relational Parts Therapy™ - an integrative approach I developed through years of direct work with people navigating trauma, addiction, emotional dysregulation, and post-psychedelic integration.

At the heart of ERPT is one simple recognition:

Awareness alone does not create change.

Most people who come to this work already understand themselves on some level. They can name their patterns, explain their behaviours, trace things back to where they began. And yet when life shows up, the same reactions are still there. The same loops. The same ways of coping that no longer serve them.

That gap - between understanding and actually changing is exactly where this work lives.

The body is the access point.

ERPT doesn't begin with the story. It begins with what's happening right now - in the body, in the breath, in the moment. Every pattern has a physical expression: a tightness, a collapse, an agitation, a numbness. That's where we start. Not with analysis, but with what's actually present.

Patterns are alive, not historical.

What you're working with isn't just something from the past. It's happening now - in the way you speak, the way you hold back, the way you react before you've had a chance to think. ERPT works with patterns as they're happening, in real time, rather than just talking about them.

Parts are embodied memory, not fixed identities.

ERPT is informed by parts-based work, but doesn't rely on rigid structures or heavy labelling. What I call "memory in motion" - old experiences that are still alive in the nervous system shows up in how we feel, react, and protect ourselves moment to moment. Rather than turning these into fixed characters, we meet them as living expressions. Not something to get rid of, but something that has been trying to keep you safe. We approach them with curiosity, care, and honesty.

The relational field reveals what can't be seen alone.

What cannot be accessed internally will often show up between people. The dynamics that emerge in the space between us - the tension, the pull, the moments of avoidance or the need to be seen - all of it becomes part of the work. This is why the relationship itself matters so much. It's not just the backdrop. It's where a lot of the real material lives.

Staying with it, rather than escaping it.

Most patterns are built on avoidance. The instinct to move away from discomfort, to change the subject, to shut down or explain it away - these are the very movements that keep things in place. ERPT gently invites you to stay with what's there. Not to be overwhelmed by it, but to remain present with it long enough for something to genuinely shift.

Expression completes what understanding alone cannot.

What has been suppressed needs somewhere to go. That might mean speaking what has never been said. It might mean allowing grief, anger, or fear to be felt fully and honestly. It might mean staying with something until it lands in the body - not as a concept, but as something real. Transformation happens through direct lived experience. Not through more thinking about it.

Safety and challenge, held together.

Too much safety and nothing moves. Too much challenge and the door closes. ERPT holds both -enough safety to stay present, enough honesty to keep things moving in the direction they need to go. That balance is something I pay close attention to throughout our work together.

How the sessions work

"The pattern isn't just something from the past. It's happening right now - in how you speak, how you hold back, how you react before you've had a chance to think."

Sessions are one hour, either held on Zoom or in person,

There's no fixed programme and no set number of sessions you're expected to commit to.

Some people work with me over 8 to 12 weeks. Others find that 6 sessions is exactly what they needed. The work moves at its own pace - not according to a predetermined structure.

Between sessions, you won't be left to make sense of things on your own. There's support available in the days after a session, so that what's been opened has somewhere to land and continue to unfold.

Already in the Weekly Space?

If you've been coming to the weekly sessions and feel ready to go deeper, 1-1 work is a natural next step.

The group space opens things up and gives you somewhere to return to each week. The 1-1 work takes what's coming up for you there and goes directly into it - with the full focus on you, at a depth and pace that isn't always possible in a group setting.

The two work well alongside each other. And as a Weekly Space member, your sessions are offered at a reduced rate.

Who this is for

This work is for anyone who feels ready to look honestly at what's there.

You might be someone who has never done anything like this before and feels called to begin. You might have tried therapy, attended retreats, or worked with plant medicine and felt that something still hasn't shifted at the root.

You might be at a crossroads, carrying something you've been holding for a long time, or simply ready to understand yourself more deeply and live differently as a result.

What matters isn't where you've come from or what you've already done.

What matters is a genuine willingness to be with what's there, and to be honest about it, even when that's uncomfortable.

If you feel drawn to this work, that feeling is worth trusting.
