Over time, the real work became less about the experience itself, and more about what was still there afterwards
The patterns, the reactions, the parts of me I would still avoid or get caught in
And truthfully, that doesn’t just disappear
Even now, I still find myself in those patterns at times
The difference is, they can be met, understood, and worked through in a way that actually changes how you live
That’s what this space is built around
Not more seeking, not more experiences, but a grounded place to meet what’s here and move through it properly

What Is Real-Time Work
Real-Time Work is a space for ongoing, grounded inner work. Not something outside of life, but life being met directly.
What you're feeling, what you're reacting to, what keeps showing up, that's the work. Not in theory, but as it's happening.
The patterns you keep falling into, the reactions that feel automatic, the ways you've learnt to cope — they don't shift through more thinking or trying to fix them. They begin to change when they're met directly, as they arise.
What Is ERPT
Embodied Relational Parts Therapy™ is the approach behind everything you'll find here. I didn't design it from theory - it came from years of being in the room with people, and from walking through a lot of my own pain first.
At its core, ERPT is built on one simple observation: understanding your patterns isn't the same as changing them. People can have profound insights, even life-changing experiences, and still find themselves reacting in the same ways weeks later. The awareness is there - but nothing has actually shifted.
Rather than talking about what's happening from a distance, ERPT works with what's alive in the moment - in the body, in the breath, in the space between people. Old experiences don't just live in memory. They live in how we hold ourselves, how we react, what we avoid, how we speak. That's where the work goes.
It's not about fixing you or turning you into someone new. It's about meeting the parts of you that have never been properly felt or expressed - and allowing them to move. Not through force, not through understanding alone, but through actually staying with what's there long enough for something to genuinely change.
That's what makes this different. And that's what you'll find in this space.
Who This Space Is For

This is for people who know something needs to change, but still feel caught in the same patterns.
You might have done therapy, personal development, or worked with medicine.
You understand yourself more but when it comes to real life, the same reactions and loops are still there.
You’re tired of understanding what’s going on, but not actually shifting it. You keep noticing the same patterns, but can’t seem to move through them.
You might feel stuck somewhere between awareness and real change. You’re done chasing the next experience, hoping it will fix things.
And there’s a part of you that knows something else is needed.
This isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about being ready to meet what’s there, even when it’s uncomfortable, and work through it properly.
There are three ways to work with me. Each one is different in depth and format - but all of them come from the same place.
The weekly space
A group container, 1–2 times per week on Zoom. Ongoing, grounded work at £30/month. First month 50% off.
1-1 work
Individual sessions for those who need more focused, personal space. Work at a pace that's right for what you're carrying.
Retreats
Ceremony, integration, and grounded support - not as separate parts, but as one continuous process.

About Me
I grew up in chaos. Addiction, absence, pain that nobody talked about - I learned to survive long before I learned to live.
For nearly a decade I searched for something that would finally change how I felt. Plant medicine, spiritual seeking, every tool and teacher I could find. Some of it opened things up. None of it resolved what was underneath.
What changed everything was turning towards what I had spent my life avoiding. That's where this work was born - and it's what I bring into every session, every space, every person I sit with.
I've held space for over a thousand people through ceremony, deep trauma work, addiction, and integration. I'm a trained life coach, the creator of ERPT, and someone who has genuinely been in the places you might be in right now.
